Payment and deposits
Cabin stays are paid in full when you book. Monthly stays take a $200 deposit at booking: one deposit covers security and electric. When you move out, we take the final electric reading and then send your refund.

Discounts and long stays
Bringing the whole crew?
Military and veterans save 10% on the nightly rate. Groups of 3 or more sites booked together save 10%. Discounts can’t be combined; mention yours when you book. For a group or a monthly stay, call the office.

Questions guests ask.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 12 PM for RV sites and 3 PM for cabins. Check-out is 11 AM for everyone. Late checkout is $25.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets stay free at RV sites (max 2). In cabins it's $8 per pet per night, max 2.
How many people can stay?
Rates include 4 guests; infants are free. RV sites take up to 8 guests (extra guests $5 per person per day) and cabins up to 4.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes: 10% off the nightly rate for military and veterans, and 10% off for groups of 3 or more sites booked together. Discounts can’t be combined; mention yours when you book.
What is the cancellation policy?
For nightly and weekly stays: 14 or more days before arrival, full refund minus a $25 fee; 7 to 13 days before arrival, 50% of the total is forfeited; less than 7 days before arrival, no refund.
Can I stay for a month?
Yes. RV sites are $650 a month plus electric at $0.09 per kWh, metered, with a $200 deposit at booking. Monthly stays need 30 days’ written notice. Call the office to arrange one.
