I.Information We Collect

Hagerman RV Village collects personal information that you voluntarily provide when making a reservation, contacting us, or using our services. This may include:

• Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
• Payment information (processed securely through our reservation platform; card details are not stored on our servers)
• Reservation details, stay history, and accommodation preferences
• Communications you send us, including form submissions, emails, and phone inquiries
• Vehicle and RV information provided during check-in
• How you use our website, such as the pages you view and the booking buttons you click, measured with Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies, except for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, for whom it is set not to.
• How you found our website: the click identifier Google adds to links in its ads (gclid, gbraid or wbraid); the campaign tags on a link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign); or, without campaign tags, the name of the website that sent you there, such as a search engine. Our website keeps these in your browser for up to 90 days and adds them to the link when you click a booking button, so our reservation platform receives them whether or not you complete a booking and can tell which ad or website led to a booking.

When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our website does not load Google Analytics, keeps none of the details above and adds nothing to the booking link.
