Reservations & Deposits

Short-Term Lodging

All cabin, park model, and house reservations require full payment (100%) at the time of booking. This applies to Bunk Cabins, Premium Cabins, Park Model (Tiny Tranquility), and House rentals. Reservations can be made through Campspot, by phone, by email, or through our partner platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com).

Monthly Stays

Monthly RV sites and long-term park model rentals require a $200 deposit at the time of booking. This single charge serves as both your security deposit and electric deposit. The deposit is fully refundable at checkout, provided no damages and account is settled.

Pet Policy

We love your furry friends! Hagerman RV Village is pet-friendly across all accommodation types. Pets must be leashed at all times outside of the on-site dog park.

Booking & Arrival

01 How do I book a reservation?

Book online through Campspot, call us at (208) 837-4906, or email info@hagermanrvvillage.com. Cabin stays can also be booked through Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com.

02 What time is check-in and check-out?

RV sites: check-in at 12:00 PM. Cabins and lodging: check-in at 3:00 PM. Check-out for all accommodations is 11:00 AM. Late checkout is available for a $25 fee.

03 What if I need to cancel my reservation?

For short-term stays: cancel 14+ days out for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancel 7–13 days out and 50% is forfeited. Less than 7 days, no refund. Monthly stays require 30 days written notice; the $200 deposit is forfeited. See our full cancellation policy above.

04 What is included in my rate?

All rates include full hookups (water, sewer, electric connections), Wi-Fi, access to restrooms and showers, laundry facilities, the dog park, and picnic tables at your site. Electric usage is metered separately at $0.09/kWh for RV and long-term stays. Short-term cabin electric is included.

05 Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Nightly stays have a 1-night minimum for all accommodation types. Monthly RV sites and park model long-term units have a 30-night minimum.

06 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Please note a 2.69% credit card processing fee applies to all card payments. Cash and check are also accepted for in-person transactions.

07 How big are the RV sites?

Most of our 55 sites are pull-through, measuring up to 75 feet long with room for slide-outs. All sites include full hookups with 20, 30, and 50 amp electric service, water, and sewer. See our Amenities page for full details.

08 Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is included for all guests with park-wide coverage. Signal strength may vary by location. Cell coverage is generally good (rated 4.4 out of 5 by guests).

09 Is there laundry on-site?

Yes, our laundry facility accepts both coin and card payment. Washers and dryers are available for guest use.

10 Do you have restrooms and showers?

Yes, recently remodeled restrooms with showers are available 24 hours for all guests. Bunk cabin guests have 24-hour access to private communal showers in addition to their in-cabin half bathroom.

11 Is propane available?

Yes. Guest rate is $3.00 per gallon. Non-guest rate is $4.55 per gallon. Available at the park office during business hours (Tuesday–Saturday, 10 AM–4 PM).

12 How is electric billed?

Electric is metered individually at $0.09 per kilowatt-hour based on actual usage. This applies to all RV sites and long-term stays. Short-term cabin guests have electric included in their nightly rate.

Pets & Policies

13 Can I bring my pet?

Yes! We are pet-friendly. RV sites allow up to 2 pets at no additional charge. Cabins and lodging units allow up to 2 pets with an $8 per pet per night fee. We have an on-site dog park. Pets must be leashed at all times outside the dog park.

14 What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM every day. We ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors during these hours.

15 Are generators allowed?

Generators are not permitted in the park. All sites have full electric hookups with 20, 30, and 50 amp service, so generators are not needed.

16 What is the speed limit in the park?

The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH. Please drive slowly and watch for children and pets.

17 What attractions are nearby?

Hagerman is surrounded by incredible natural attractions including Shoshone Falls (the “Niagara of the West”), Blue Heart Springs, Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument, multiple hot springs, and Thousand Springs State Park. See our full Attractions page for details on 15+ local destinations.

18 Can I rent kayaks or paddleboards?

Yes! Three local outfitters offer rentals: Hydro Hustlers (e-bikes, kayaks, paddleboards), Idaho Boathouse (kayaks and paddleboards with free delivery), and Blue Heart Kayaking. See our Rentals page for contact info and details.

19 How do I get there from I-84?

From westbound I-84: Take Exit 155 (Wendell/Hagerman), go west on E 2900 S to Highway 30, then north through Hagerman. From eastbound I-84 (Boise direction): Take Exit 141 (Bliss), turn west onto Highway 26, then left onto Highway 30. Do NOT take Exit 147 — Justice Grade Road is narrow and unsafe for RVs. 20 What should I bring?

For RV stays: your RV supplies, outdoor chairs, and a sense of adventure. For cabin stays: towels and toiletries (bedding is provided). All cabins include a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, TV, AC, and heat. Picnic tables are provided at every site. Don’t forget sunscreen and layers — Idaho weather can change quickly!
